The floors, the beams, the cabinets...We can't get enough of this kitchen!
We have yet to see a light quartz counter and dark cabinet gone wrong. Beautiful every single time!
This kitchen got a complete overhaul. The wood cabinetry is gorgeous and adds so much sophistication to this kitchen.
Dark wood and light counters wins again!
What is it about this kitchen that's so cool?! It's the backsplash to the ceiling. For a little extra money, take that baby all the way up!
Some kitchen remodels are simple and perfect. This is one of those kitchens. It's modern, understated, neutral and timeless.
This homeowner is now able to rent their converted garage space. This kitchen is so functional and perfect for any overnight guest!
We love this kitchen for all the right reasons! Glass doors, lit cabinets, under mount lighting, back splash to the ceiling, cabinets to hide microwave and toaster, island with contrasting quartz, and high-end appliances.
This kitchen used to be small, closed-off, and dated. We were able to successfully deliver a kitchen overhaul that can now be described at modern, open, functional and bright!
We loved being apart of the transformation of this kitchen! It is no longer closed-off, dated and dark. We especially love the lighting details. Can lights, pendant lights, under cabinet lights and natural light make the space shine from every angle.
This West Hills home, built in the 1980’s, deserved an updated kitchen that oozed luxury. Every angle of this remodel is perfection. Working with top-of-the-line finishes made our builder hearts so happy!
Oh how we love detailed design! Under-lit cabinets, perfect carpentry, seamless looking countertops, phenomenal tile work, everything should be perfect. We won’t rest until it’s so!
If you have the space, let us help you build it out! A second kitchen for entertaining pool/backyard guests was the perfect use of this basement space. We are excited to be invited back to practice our cannonballs and see this kitchen in action!
We love how this kitchen turned out! It was a pleasure to be the general contractor for this entire house remodel!
Whether you would like to enlarge your master suite, update your guest bathroom, or create a soothing space where you can enjoy quiet relaxation, our team will design a personal space that is unique, functional and within your budget.
We often get the request that homeowners would like their bathroom to feel "like a spa". Challenge accepted!
It's always fun using the latest trends in our designs. The wood looking tile is a trend we can get behind!
Want a unique storage solution with a "wow" factor?! How about lit glass shelving?
Often people wonder what they can do to make their bathroom just a little bit different and cool. We think the vessel sinks did the trick in this bathroom!
The tile wainscotting and custom soap shelf adds that little extra something that makes this bathroom look like a real work of art.
Why go horizontal with your accent tile?! We love vertical accents. Especially when we can take them from the floor to the ceiling!
New vanity and tile in the shower made a huge difference in this bathroom. Our design team picks out budget friendly tile that makes everyone oooo and ahhhh!
Can a bathroom be small, bright, sleek, and bold? HECK YES!
Style and function never take the backseat, no matter how tiny. We are crazy about this tiny, modern, industrial bathroom.
This 100 year old home needed a major remodel. We found a way to blend old character with new style and nailed the modern farmhouse look the homeowner desired.
When redesigning this master bedroom/bathroom space, we decided the new walk-in closet worked best in the bathroom. Bonus! Adding the barn door made the bathroom space look extra awesome.
We are loving the look of using the accent tile in a soap niche! We are proud of the "wow" factor acheived in this basement bathroom addition.
After we reconfigured the walls in the adjacent bedroom, this master bathroom was given more space for an updated, all new design. The full stone wall in the shower and pebble floor make this bathroom bold and beautiful!
This storage unit looks like it always belonged here! Working with these homeowners was a pleasure and we love the way this entire bathroom turned out.
This 1980’s mansion desperately needed a re-imagined master bathroom. Moving walls and reworking the layout gave the homeowners an incredible and modern en suite! This bathroom reminds us all to dream big dreams with space planning! We can help make them a reality!
The original bathroom had a small vanity with awkward, unused space on each side. We redesigned this bathroom to include a longer counter and pantry! We also can’t help but love how the new shower tile (with the double border) reflects in the huge, custom mirror.
After the homeowners discovered they were remodeling a bathroom with an existing Shara Wagner ($5K) faucet, the design shifted. We added more pops of gold in the remodel to highlight such a fantastic fixture! Blending the old with the new created character and made the space feel special and eclectic- a look that never goes out of style! We love building new, new, new but sometimes, (especially when we are talking about a $5K faucet), it’s best to keep a little of the old.
It’s hard to believe all this master bathroom space used to be two separate, smaller bathrooms. Combining the spaces into one stunning master bathroom was exactly the right choice for these homeowners and it was fun to make their vision come to life!
Remodeling existing spaces can be tricky. We love it when the design works out perfectly and a funky space becomes functional! Hello cute vanity!
Simple lines in this remodel make this bathroom feel clean and sleek. The homeowner kept the color scheme light and bright—perfect for this space!
If you prefer a neutral palette in your space, we are digging the tone on tone trend. By using various shades of grey on the floor, counter, shower, and walls this design was kept neutral…but not boring! The lighter vertical stripes in the shower and the rustic texture on the floor make this bathroom visually interesting and while also remaining calm and neutral. No loud accent colors needed!
Crisp, clean and bright! This is the bathroom everyone wants!
When you use beautiful materials, your design shouldn’t be complicated. We used the same tile on the floor, tub and wall. The simple design helps the material (and craftsmanship) shine. Beautiful bathrooms shouldn’t be visually complicated. Let us help you select the right materials for your space!
There are some projects that are completely unique and specific to an individual home or homeowner. We love these projects and can't wait to hear about yours!
We turned this old garage into a stylish and functional space for the homeowner to rent. The garage door was replaced with a beautiful window wall, and we added a bathroom and a kitchenette!
Carpeted stairs that are enclosed with sheetrock walls are begging to be set free! These new wood stairs and iron handrail make the entire main floor shine! We were proud to be apart of the transformation.
These homeowners had an extra wide hallway in their basement and imagined it being a glass enclosed, refrigerated wine storage area. HECK YEAH! We had to post a couple pictures of this unique, specialty project because, well, we turned a HALLWAY into THIS!
The coolest hallway we’ve ever created!
It’s hard to imagine this space was formerly a dated laundry room and small dinning area. We removed all the walls, added windows, a sliding glass door, new flooring, lights and a wine bar. The homeowners now have a much more functional, multi-use space adjacent to their kitchen!
If you have a big dining area, you have some huge potential! We matched the kitchen cabinets and counters, and gave these homeowners some awesome storage and entertaining potential in their dining room. Not only that, the space now feels luxurious and special. We can’t wait for more of these in our future.
While remodeling many spaces in this home, we touched the dinning area a little too! Hunting down this original, silk wallpaper (and finding someone to install it) was a challenge but we made it happen!
A huge brick fireplace used to divide the kitchen from the living room. We have done a fair share of fireplace removals and are always pleased at the open concept it creates. All new flooring, lighting and windows helps too. ;)
Once we are in a home remodeling, homeowners tend to find more and more projects for us to complete! This was a fun one! We think the new lighting makes this impressive collection shine!
Not every project requires an overhaul. As much as we love demo days, some rooms just need to be spiffed up a little bit! New lighting and paint made all the difference in this room.
Commercial construction is a whole different ball game and we are proud of our work and reputation. We work with subcontractors, owners, government agencies and the public to make sure all of our projects go smoothly and finish on time and on budget.
Talk about awesome! We made that...and now we want it in our own houses.
Working with local artists and designers made this project a Portland gem!
To do an entire build out of a bar, we needed to work hand in hand with a variety of specialty subcontractors. We enjoy large projects and strive to remain flexible and friendly from start to finish!
Christie Construction helped this owner out with a long list of punch list items including repairing major water damage, installing a library ladder, and upgrading mechanical systems.

This new construction yoga studio was a team favorite. As the contractors for the project, we worked hand-in-hand with architects, owners, and commerical subcontractors to create this dreamy space!
The lobby area we created is light, bright and provides a variety of functions. There is a changing area, a retail space, a desk and a bench for enjoying tea before class. 400 square feet of form and function!
Those windows! That door! We are drooling over this natural wood trimmed window wall. It is the perfect way to enter the yoga studio.
The metal trimmed windows, polished concrete floors and exposed duct work on the ceiling make the space feel chic and industrial. A great look for downtown PDX.
After building the studio, the Christie Construction team signed up for a class! Our form wasn't pretty, but the atmosphere was PERFECTO!
